DELIVERY
We provide "FREE DELIVERY" to most of the following areas, St. John's, Mount Pearl and Conception Bay South.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship most of our products by Canada Post. Delivery of larger items will be shipped the most economical way.
If concealed damage occurs, retain your original packaging for inspection, at your location .We will assist you in any way we can to get the matter resolved.
PAYMENT TERMS
We offer Business Purchase Orders. subject to our approval.
COD and Prepayment options.
WARRANTY
Products WE manufacture are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. You must have your proof of purchase and packaging if applicable.
This warranty does not cover repair or replace due to misuse.
Products we do not manufacture, have warranties, available upon request.
RETURN POLICY
Provided you have your invoice and the original product packaging, you may return your purchase, in it's original condition, within 30 days for a full refund or credit. Customer is responsible to cover return cost, shipping courier etc.
Please note that custom made products are non-refundable.
